Lonely socks
This game was made on September 7, 2026, for the NFTS Game Poems Jam, and the them was "The other one".
- Click and drag a sock to pick it up.
-Click again to drop it.
- Make pairs by bringing socks together.
WARNING: There are a few minor drag-and-drop bugs. If two socks don't pair properly, try again a little farther away... or put them in the basket. Maybe that's what they want.
One day is not much time to make a game. This was the shortest game jam we've ever participated in, and it was both fun and challenging!

Really cute! I like how clean it is meaning there's nothing unnecessary and the message comes across (I think it would even if you don't explicitly say it at the end)
Yeah, I hesitated about including it! In the end, I decided to be a little cheesy and add the “that’s okay” at the end. 😄
I felt it fit the artistic direction of the game, which is also a bit excessive in its own way because of my overabundant use of patterns everywhere. Poetry can come from exaggeration too, can't it?
Totally! I didn't mean it as a critique, plus I know during such a short jam usually you don't have time to test and iterate on something like this.
